Why it matters
Better views than a hotel basement.
Unlike the typical dark conference basement, the River View Room is flooded with natural light, with floor-to-ceiling views of the Swan River and the Perth CBD.
Combined with the latest event technology from the team at PAV, it is a setting designed to keep you energised, inspired and focused from the first keynote to the final sundowner.
The stadium itself was named the most beautiful sports facility in the world at the Prix Versailles.

Access and inclusion
Planned for everyone.
Optus Stadium is fully wheelchair accessible, with lifts to all levels and wide, clear paths of travel. Conferences can be loud, so there are dedicated quiet spaces for anyone needing a break, and a parents’ room on site.
From gluten-free to vegan, the catering is designed so no one goes hungry. Anything else that would help? The access page has the detail.
